• Sow seeds 2 cm deep, 60 cm apart in mounds 1.5 m apart. Start indoors if cold.

• Grow in loamy soil (pH 6.0-7.0). Water weekly. Needs full sun. Monitor for beetles.

• Harvest when tendril is dry and bottom is yellow. Cut from vine. Store uncut for 10 days.
