Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We offer replacements under the scenarios listed below, provided the request is submitted within 7 days of delivery by writing to support@iffcourbangardens.com during our service hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday).
To initiate a replacement, please provide a clear explanation along with relevant supporting photographs or video evidence. Claims submitted without visual proof will not be eligible for processing.
Replacements will be provided in the following cases:
If your item is delivered in damaged condition, please share a photo/video of the damage so we may arrange for a quick resolution.
If you received a product different from the one ordered, let us know and we will rectify it immediately.
If part of your order is missing, we will promptly dispatch the missing item upon verification.
Replacements and refunds are not applicable in the following circumstances:
Items damaged due to improper usage or mishandling are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
We are unable to accept claims related to incidental damage arising from product malfunction.
