Please note that if a refund has already been initiated and is currently in process, any associated reshipment request will be automatically canceled and will not be delivered. We kindly ask customers to choose either a refund or a reshipment, as both cannot be processed simultaneously for the same order.

In rare instances where we are unable to offer a replacement due to product unavailability, stock issues, or fulfillment constraints, we will issue a refund for the affected product(s) without delay.

Time Limit: Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not qualify for processing.

📷Documentation: Requests lacking adequate visual proof or documentation will not qualify for processing.
